Katy YMCA Turkey Dash

The Katy YMCA Turkey Dash is a Thanksgiving morning tradition where thousands of runners and walkers gather at the Monty Ballard YMCA at Cinco Ranch to get moving before the turkey goes in the oven.

Families, serious runners, stroller-pushing parents, and costumed groups line up for distances ranging from a kids-only race to a full 10K. After crossing the finish line, participants head into a lively post-race party with a Kids Zone, sponsor booths, and plenty of chances to connect with neighbors. Proceeds support YMCA scholarships and programs that serve the Katy community year-round.
