Bridgeland Expands Dining Scene with P. Terry's Fast-Casual Burger Restaurant Opening in 2025
Bridgeland continues to expand its line-up of dining, retail, and lifestyle establishments, welcoming P. Terry's, a Texas-based fast-casual burger restaurant. Howard Hughes today revealed that P. Terry’s will be joining the 70-acre mixed-use development in Village Green, marking the initial development phase of Bridgeland Central.
P. Terry's, founded in Austin in 2005, is known for its innovative menu and commitment to fresh ingredients and quality service. The Bridgeland Central location will boast an indoor dining area and a double drive-through, all highlighted by custom architecture featuring real cedar and natural quarried stones. Construction, under the guidance of Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, is set to start in 2025.

“Bridgeland’s dynamic growth and dedication to quality made it an excellent choice for our expansion,” said Monty Montgomery, Group Vice President, P. Terry’s. “We aim to impress every guest with our high-quality ingredients and affordable prices.”
Locals can anticipate a menu featuring all-natural, hormone- and antibiotic-free Black Angus beef burgers, handcrafted chicken patties, fresh-cut fries, hand-spun milkshakes, homemade banana bread, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. A breakfast menu, including egg burgers made with cage-free eggs, all-natural bacon and sausage, and fresh-cut breakfast potatoes, will also be available.
Bridgeland’s explosive growth and progress have made it a desirable destination for businesses planning to expand. With the continued development and attraction of new residents and tenants, the demand for fresh, quality food options like P. Terry’s is on the rise.
“Bridgeland Central attracts a variety of restaurants, boutiques, and other service-based establishments like P. Terry’s that value being part of our thriving community,” said John Saxon, VP, Strategy & Commercial Growth at Howard Hughes.
The P. Terry's Burger Stand will be located in Village Green at Bridgeland Central, which is set to welcome other restaurants and retailers in summer/fall 2025, including Jonathan’s The Rub, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, Crust Pizza Co., Teal Poppy, Gelato & Co., and Venetian Nail Spa. In addition, a 100,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store is planned to open in the fall.
