Construction is slated to begin towards the end of July, 2025, at 22513 Tomball Parkway, Space 109, with an estimated completion date of September 19, 2025. The project, valued at $180,000, involves a full remodel of a 2,406-square-foot vacant retail space, according to official project filings, transforming it into one of the brand’s signature shopping experiences.

This upcoming location marks a strategic expansion for Bath & Body Works, offering Tomball residents more convenient access to its popular range of products. Currently, there is only one Bath & Body Works location in Tomball, which is at FM 2920 and Highway 249.
