Anniston residents will soon have an opportunity to hear directly from their homeowners association leadership about the neighborhood’s progress, finances, and future plans. For homeowners in Anniston, annual meetings serve as an important moment to better understand how the neighborhood is evolving—from financial stewardship to development progress and overall community operations.

Developer-Controlled Community Means Informational Meeting

Because the Anniston Community Association remains under developer control, the 2026 meeting will not include a board election. Instead, the gathering will serve as an informational session designed to keep homeowners updated and allow residents to ask questions about their neighborhood.

For many homeowners—especially those who are newer to the community—this kind of meeting offers valuable insight into how the HOA operates and what improvements or development plans may be on the horizon.

Residents Encouraged to Submit Questions in Advance

To help ensure the meeting runs efficiently and that as many homeowner concerns as possible can be addressed, the association is asking residents to submit questions or comments ahead of time.

Homeowners can send their questions to smile@krjcares.com no later than March 31, 2026.

Submitting questions early allows board members and management to prepare responses and helps ensure the open forum portion of the meeting remains productive for all attendees.

Why HOA Annual Meetings Matter for Anniston Homeowners

For a growing community like Anniston in Katy, staying informed helps residents better understand how their HOA is managing resources and planning for the future.
