Anniston Pool Information

The Anniston pool is officially open for summer fun from May 23, 2026 through September 7, 2026. Residents are invited to enjoy the pool throughout the season while following all posted rules, safety procedures and access requirements.

2026 Pool Season Dates

The Anniston pool season will run from:

Saturday, May 23, 2026 through Monday, September 7, 2026

The pool will officially close following the Labor Day holiday in September.

Pool Hours

May Schedule

During May, the pool will be open on weekends only.

June Through September Schedule

Mondays: Closed for routine maintenance
Tuesday through Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sundays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

If a holiday falls on a Monday, the pool will remain open for Homeowner enjoyment and will instead close on Tuesday for maintenance.

Pool Rules and Safety Breaks

For the safety and enjoyment of all Residents, all pool rules must be followed while inside the pool area.

Pool Rules

At least once every hour, all swimmers will be required to exit the pool for a ten-minute Safety Break. During this time, everyone must remain out of the pool and behind the pool edge while one lifeguard remains on duty to supervise the area.

Pool Access Registration

Residents who have not completed pool access registration may still do so.

Please email smile@krjcares.com with the following information:

A picture ID for each person over age 14 requiring pool access
The corresponding email address for each person over age 14
Whether each person uses an iPhone or Android device

Please note: Unless a Homeowner is currently on an approved payment plan, any outstanding account balance must be satisfied before pool access can be issued.

Tenant Pool Access

For tenants requesting pool access, the Homeowner must first add tenant information to the account through the KRJ Connect portal.

KRJ Connect Portal: portal.krjcares.com/public

To submit tenant information:

Log into the KRJ Connect portal
Select “Requests” from the vertical menu
Click “New Request”
Select “General Inquiry”
Under “Request Type,” choose “Submit Tenant Information”
In the body of the request, include each tenant’s name, email address, phone number, lease start date and lease end date
