Amplify Austin Day Set to Return March 4–5, 2026, After Raising $9.7M for Central Texas Nonprofits in 2025
As the largest day of giving in Central Texas, Amplify Austin Day is more than a fundraiser—it’s a movement of generosity that brings together individuals, families, companies, and nonprofits to support local causes that matter. This year’s 24-hour giving period returns from 6 p.m. on March 4 to 6 p.m. on March 5, 2026, powered by the local nonprofit I Live Here I Give Here and hosted on AmplifyATX.org.
In 2025, the impact was undeniable. More than 24,800 donors contributed to raise a record-breaking $9.7 million for 755 participating nonprofits throughout Travis, Hays, Williamson, Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, and Blanco counties.
Since the event’s launch in 2013, Amplify Austin Day has generated $122.4 million for over 1,600 local organizations—showcasing the power of collective giving in a single day.
A Day to Give Back, Together
Whether it's $5 or $500, every gift during Amplify Austin Day goes directly to Central Texas nonprofits, helping causes ranging from animal care and veteran services to racial equity and youth programs. Donors can choose from 19 cause categories and even support multiple nonprofits in a single transaction. In 2025, nearly 40% of donations came from first-time donors, highlighting how accessible and inclusive the event has become.
Austin resident Elsa Decker, a longtime supporter, described the experience best: “I don’t care if it’s $5 or $5,000—whatever I can get from you that day.”
Fundraising Champions and Company Giving
A major factor behind the success of Amplify Austin Day is the rise of Fundraising Champions—community members who create personalized donation pages and rally support from friends and family. In 2025, 1,566 individuals raised over $1.14 million for 279 organizations this way.
Meanwhile, the business community showed up in full force, with 35 local companies raising a combined $1.18 million. Leading the way was Cirrus Logic, topping the Business Fundraiser Leaderboard for the fourth consecutive year with over $664,000 raised. Companies can also boost their impact by sponsoring the event, matching employee donations, and offering community perks as part of the Giveback Partner program.
“As a company, Amplify Austin Day shows your employees and your community that you care,” said Reid Wilson of Charles Schwab. “That message builds loyalty from both employees and customers.”
