YOUR HOA DUES AT WORK
Did you know that our annual assessments are the lowest by far in the area? Your board works to maximize every dollar to improve our neighborhood. Some improvements you might notice now and in the coming weeks are:

Cameras at the entrances on Cypress Rosehill & Cypress Lake Village Dr. and Baron Brook are assisting law enforcement in identifying the car thieves plaguing the area. These cameras record car license plates leaving the neighborhood. A private company monitors the video and provides video to police as needed. More cameras are coming at the other neighborhood entrances.
- Brick walls along Cypress Rosehill and Cypress Lake Village Drive were pressure washed to remove the graffiti and mildew.
- Sidewalk repairs along Cypress Lake Village Drive and Hazel Thicket Trl are coming and they will repair uneven sections of sidewalks.
- Fence replacement on Baron Brook Way is complete and repairs are scheduled for Dahlia Glen Ln.
- Fence repainting and repair around the park, splash pad, and pool area are scheduled.
- New roof is complete and upgraded cameras are scheduled to be installed at the pool.
- New basketball backboard to replace the one recently shattered at the pool is on its way.
