Westheimer Lakes Clubhouse Rentals Now Available for Residents

Residents of Westheimer Lakes now have the opportunity to host events at the North Clubhouse, which is available for rent. Additionally, Canyon Gate residents can reserve the Canyon Gate Clubhouse exclusively for their gatherings. Whether it's a birthday party, baby shower, or community meeting, these clubhouses provide a convenient and spacious venue close to home.
Clubhouse Locations
- North Clubhouse – 6201 Westheimer Lakes N Dr., Katy, TX 77494
- Canyon Gate Clubhouse – 25501 Canyon Crossing Dr., Richmond, TX 77406
Rental Details
- Deposit: $1,000 (check or money order)
- Hourly Rates:
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM: $60 per hour
- Outside office hours & weekends: $90 per hour
- Holidays: $120 per hour
- Minimum Rental: 2 hours
- Additional Attendant Fee (if outside office hours):
- $40 per hour
- $65 per hour on holidays (payable by cash or payment app)
- Maximum Capacity: 60 people
- Important Note: No alcohol is permitted
How to Book
- Check availability by contacting the appropriate office:
- North Clubhouse: Email Delaney at wln@westheimerlakespoa.com
- Canyon Gate Clubhouse: Email Carmen at carmenr@crest-management.com
- Submit the required documents, including a completed and signed contract, deposit, and rental fee (must be two separate checks).
- Schedule your event at least 7 days in advance.
- All payments must be made by check or money order, payable to Westheimer Lakes POA.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of half the rental amount.
