Westfield residents will have an opportunity to stay informed about important community matters when the Westfield Homeowners Association Board of Directors holds its next regular meeting on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.

While HOA board meetings often focus on routine governance, they play an important role in shaping the day-to-day operations and long-term direction of the neighborhood. From financial planning and community maintenance to policy discussions and future priorities, decisions made during board meetings can have a direct impact on homeowners throughout Westfield.

The upcoming meeting will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams, making it convenient for residents to attend from home and learn more about Association business.

In accordance with governing requirements and HOA procedures, certain matters may be discussed in executive session. Topics that may be considered include personnel matters, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, ACC denial hearings, confidential communications with Association legal counsel, privacy-related matters involving owners, and other confidential issues brought before the Board.
