Waller County officials are encouraging residents and business owners to make sure they can receive critical information directly from local emergency management and law enforcement agencies by enrolling in the CodeRED Community Notification System.
The alert service helps the Waller County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and the Waller County Sheriff’s Office quickly distribute urgent information to people who may be affected. Alerts may include evacuation instructions, severe weather warnings, wildfire notices, road closures, missing-person information and other public safety updates.
