Two New Shopping Centers Coming to Fulshear, Adding Nearly 50,000 Square Feet of Retail Space

Two new shopping centers are set to open in the Fulshear area, bringing nearly 50,000 square feet of retail space to one of the fastest-growing communities in Fort Bend County. The developments, Shops at Tamarron and Plaza at Jordan Ranch, are expected to provide new opportunities for businesses and residents alike.

Shops at Tamarron to Begin Construction in May

The Shops at Tamarron, a retail development located at 30802 Tamarron Parkway, will break ground on May 1, 2025, with completion expected by December 1, 2025, according to permit filings. The privately funded project will feature 19,875 square feet of retail space, providing businesses with prime leasing opportunities in a high-traffic area.

Situated in the heart of the Tamarron master-planned community, which ranked 14th among the top-selling communities in 2023, the shopping center will benefit from its proximity to over 4,000 homes. The location at the northwest corner of Tamarron Parkway and Jordan Ranch Boulevard offers easy access to Interstate 10 and the Westpark Tollway, ensuring convenient commutes for residents and visitors.

Plaza at Jordan Ranch to Add 30,000 Square Feet of Retail Space

The Plaza at Jordan Ranch, another significant retail development, will be located at 2008 & 2014 Texas Heritage Parkway in Fulshear. Construction is scheduled to begin on March 17, 2025, with completion targeted for September 15, 2025. The project will include 29,687 square feet of new retail space along with two pad sites available for lease.

Strategically positioned at the intersection of Texas Heritage Parkway and Jordan Crossing Boulevard, the Plaza at Jordan Ranch sits catty-corner to a newly proposed H-E-B development. The location is expected to attract both local shoppers and businesses looking to establish a presence in the growing Fulshear-Katy corridor.
