Spring 2024 Registration Open for Tomball Little League
As the winter chill settles in, Tomball Little League is already gearing up for an exciting spring season, and registration is officially open! The league is offering a range of divisions for players of all ages, from the budding 4-year-old T-ball enthusiasts to the skilled 14-16 year-old Seniors. The variety of divisions ensures that every child can find a suitable and enjoyable level of play, whether they're just starting their baseball journey or have been swinging for the fences for years.
Early Birds Catch the Discounts!
Tomball Little League encourages eager families to sign up early, sweetening the deal with discounts. Register before November 30th, and you'll enjoy a $25 discount. Even those who wait until December 1st to 25th will still receive a $10 discount. After that, the regular pricing applies. It's a win-win for both early birds and those who like a bit of extra time to decide. However, keep in mind that registration closes on January 14th, so mark your calendars and secure your child's spot on the diamond.
All Geared Up for a Spring of Baseball Excitement
For the upcoming Spring season, Tomball Little League ensures that each player is well-equipped for the game. The registration fees cover not only the player's jersey, hat, belt, and socks but also contribute to essential league expenses such as field and park upkeep, umpires, uniforms, and more. With 12 games plus a World Series Championship for Single A and older divisions, young athletes can look forward to a season filled with both friendly competition and memorable moments on the field.
Equipment, Schedules, and More
Aspiring baseball stars will need to come prepared with the necessary equipment, including a baseball bat, glove, batting helmet, and optional batting gloves. Cleats with plastic spikes are recommended, and metal cleats are permitted for certain divisions unless pitching. The league provides a comprehensive schedule of events, practices, and game days on their website, allowing families to plan their weeks accordingly. Practices run from Monday through Saturday before the games kick off on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. In the event of canceled games, the league may schedule makeup games on practice nights.
