Santa, Sirens & Giving: Cypress Creek Fire Department Hosts Holiday Fun and Supports Students in Need
The Cypress Creek Fire Department (CCFD) is lighting up the holiday season with a double dose of community cheer. On Saturday, December 6 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., families in the Gettysburg neighborhood are invited to Station 23 (9909 Cypresswood Dr.) for a festive and completely free Santa & Sirens event—and while you’re there, you can also learn how to make a difference in the life of a local student through CCFD’s Angel Tree Project.
Santa & Sirens: Free Family Fun at the Fire Station
Children of all ages will have the chance to meet Santa Claus and get free photos, enjoy holiday crafts, sip on hot chocolate, snack on cookies, and take a guided tour of real fire trucks. It’s a joyful opportunity for families to connect with their neighborhood firefighters in a relaxed, festive setting.
Space is limited for the Santa & Sirens event, so be sure to register ahead of time to reserve your spot: Event Registration – Santa & Sirens
This family-friendly morning is about more than holiday magic—it’s also about community connection. And that spirit of giving extends to the CCFD Angel Tree Project, which runs concurrently with the event.

Angel Tree Project: Giving Back to Local Students
CCFD has once again teamed up with local schools to identify students in need this holiday season. Through the Angel Tree Project, community members can shop directly from a curated Amazon wish list filled with items that will bring joy, comfort, and support to children right here in the community.

- Deadline to Purchase Gifts: Thursday, December 12, 2025
All donated gifts will be wrapped by the fire department and hand-delivered to the schools—making sure every child on the list receives a little extra cheer this Christmas.
This time of year is all about coming together, and that’s exactly what Cypress Creek Fire Department is doing—welcoming families for festive fun while also giving neighbors a chance to support kids who could use a little extra holiday magic. Santa & Sirens and the Angel Tree Project are just two ways CCFD is helping spread joy, connection, and community spirit this season.
Whether you’re stopping by to take a photo with Santa, touring the fire trucks with wide-eyed little ones, or shopping online to support a student in need, your participation helps fuel a more connected, caring community.
