Reminder: Falcon Ranch HOA Board Meeting Scheduled for September 26
Dear Association Members:The Board of Directors for The Falcon Ranch Homeowners' Association, Inc., has scheduled a regular meeting. To foster increased engagement among residents and explore potential cost-saving opportunities, we are pleased to announce that the September meeting of the association's Board will be conducted in a virtual format via the Zoom platform.

The 2024 Budget will be reviewed and approved during the Board Meeting. The agenda is attached.
Items that may be discussed in executive session include actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, ACC denial hearings, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
