Proudly Display the Stars and Stripes with Flags Across America in Williamsburg Settlement
Did you know that Williamsburg Settlement residents have the opportunity to participate in the Flags Across America program? This wonderful initiative allows residents to showcase the American flag in front of your home during seven key U.S. holidays while supporting our local Boy Scouts troop.
For a yearly subscription fee of $35, you'll receive a 3-foot by 5-foot American flag mounted on a 10-foot pole. The program covers everything from installation to removal and storage between holidays, ensuring convenience and ease for participants.
All proceeds from the program directly support scouting efforts, helping to prepare young people in our community to uphold ethical and moral values throughout their lives, guided by the principles of the Scout Oath and Law.
How to Participate:
The program is facilitated by two BSA Scout troops:
