Nottingham Country ES to Host First NCA Family House Night, Food Drive Benefitting KCM
On Thursday, October 26, Nottingham Country Elementary School will host their first Family House Night, with a philanthropic twist benefitting Katy Christian Ministries!
NCE's House System is a school-wide initiative focused on building a positive school community, a sense of belonging, and intrinsic character building for all students and staff. Their house system is comprised of four Houses: Atruismo, Amistad, Isibindi, and Reveur. Every student and staff member at NCE has a house. Students can earn House points for going above and beyond, or exemplifying one of the nine NCE Essentials. While there are four Houses, each House competes to earn the most House points throughout the school year in a friendly competition, which helps to encourage positive sportsmanship and celebrate others within the school community.
Food donations can be brought to Family House Night on Thursday, October 26, or to school after that date through November 2nd. The House that donates the most items will win a special prize! See the flyer below for information about the food drive.
