NOTICE OF THE 2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF NOTTINGHAM COUNTRY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.
You are cordially invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association, Inc. (“Association”) scheduled for 7:00 p.m. (sign-in begins at 6:30) on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Mason Creek Community Center, located at 20201 Kingsland Blvd., Katy TX 77450.

There are four (4) positions on the Association’s Board of Directors up for election in the 2024 election.
Please note there will be no proxy voting this year. There are three methods of voting: Electronic, Absentee Ballot and in person at the meeting.

Electronic Voting

All owners who have registered their email address on the owner portal with Chaparral Management will be sent an invitation to vote from ezVote. This voting system is secure, authenticating you as an eligible voter and verifying that only you can cast your vote. The voting period runs until Monday, December 2, 2024, 5:00 pm. Please cast your vote now.

Owners with more than one property will only have to vote once, but your ballot will be weighed according to the number of properties you own.

Since our bylaws dictate that we have only1-vote-per-household, for properties with more than one voter listed, only the first person from each property to complete their ballot will be able to cast a ballot – the remaining voters will be locked out.

Absentee Ballot Voting

You must return your ballot per the instructions below to have your vote counted. Do not give your ballot to anyone to return for you. You cannot assign your right to sign the absentee ballot to any other person.

In order to vote by absentee ballot, please return the completed and signed absentee ballot so that it is physically received by the Association on or before 5:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024, by:

Ballots received after 5:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024, will not be counted.
