Hurricane season is just around the corner and FEMA would like to encourage all homeowners and renters to purchase flood insurance.

With a few exceptions the Settlement has fared well during recent flooding events but it would be folly to believe that our good luck will hold forever. Far better to follow the Boy Scouts motto and “Be Prepared”!
