National Charity League, Inc. the Ladybird Chapter Recognizes Senior Class Achievements

The National Charity League, Inc.'s Ladybird Chapter recently held a Senior Recognition event honoring the outstanding accomplishments of the Class of 2024. Held at the Safari Texas Ranch in Richmond, the occasion celebrated the exceptional contributions of 22 graduating seniors.

Embarking on a journey that spanned over six years, these students, namely Alexandra Beidle, Shari Durand, Emma Guild, Kara Thigpen, Caroline Moore, Evalyn Dorris, Sarah Guild, Hannah Gilliam, Leah Autry, Emily Foreman, Madeline Bartlett, Landry Wells, Miya Ortega, Lauren Hartman, Emerson Moore, Nicole Cleckler, Solène Partouche, Cassie Cleckler, Hannah Halfen, Lacey Frugé, Ellory Ram, and Audrey Lee, have proved that dedication, commitment, and hard work can make a significant difference in the community.

The 22 young ladies, together with their mothers, have volunteered a staggering total of more than 9,782 hours of philanthropic service, demonstrating a deep commitment to their community. Their endeavors ranged from occupying various leadership positions, planning events, attending cultural happenings to forming lasting bonds within their organization and community alongside their mothers.

The Ladybird Chapter, formed in 2010 and chartered in 2012, is a branch of the National Charity League, Inc. (NCL, Inc.) which brings together mothers and daughters in a collaborative effort towards community involvement. For over 50 years, NCL, Inc. has stood as one of the nation's most distinctive and esteemed mother-daughter organizations, and the Ladybird Chapter, comprised of members who reside in the Katy, Fulshear, and Richmond areas, continues this legacy by nurturing strong women leaders devoted to community service.

The Ladybird Chapter also provides hands-on volunteer services for 29 philanthropic organizations in the community. Members are composed of women and their daughters in grades 7–12. They focus on community service, leadership development, and cultural activities, aiming to foster socially responsible community leaders and fortify the mother-daughter relationship.

With their members nationwide actively engaged in local community work, NCL, Inc. contributes close to three million hours annually to over 6,000 charities in the United States.
