Meet the New Crest Management Team for Williamsburg Settlement
This message from Dave Ellis, for the WSMA Board, was emailed to registered Williamsburg Settlement residents on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
After being our community manager ever since we moved the management of our Association to Crest 8 years ago, Cindy’s career progression has resulted in her taking on more extensive responsibilities and she will no longer be handling our account.
Our new manager will be Maggie. Maggie has over 15 years experience working as a community manager including at large scale master plan communities. Prior to becoming a Community Association Manager, Maggie worked as a paralegal, assisting with contract law as well as special education law. She has been a resident of the Katy area for 20 years. In her free time, she can be found volunteering with local food banks and shelters!
Maggie’s Assistant manager, who will take over the responsibility of managing deed restrictions and Exterior Modification Request (EMR) issues, will be Anum. Anum is a native Houstonian who has been in the industry for 2 years and genuinely enjoys working with people. She says she is excited to be teamed up with our community and looks forward to working with us.
Our accountant will still be Laura, who is the person to contact with any payment questions you may have.
