Keeping Lakes on Eldridge Beautiful: Community Repairs Underway
The Lakes on Eldridge Board has been diligently assessing the community for necessary repairs, both big and small, to maintain the beauty and functionality of the neighborhood. These discussions are ongoing, and homeowners are encouraged to stay informed and engaged by attending the monthly HOA Board meetings.
At Lakes on Eldridge, open communication with residents is a priority, and the Board values community input. The HOA Board meetings take place on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse, located at 12750 Lake Center Run, Houston, TX 77041. The evening begins with an executive session at 5:30 PM, followed by the open session at 6:15 PM, where all residents are welcome to attend and participate.
These meetings are a great opportunity for homeowners to stay updated on community projects, voice their thoughts, and collaborate with the Board to keep Lakes on Eldridge a well-maintained and thriving neighborhood.
