"I’ve always had a passion for helping people find the right space to grow," Huang explained. "When Stephen and I started Julie Rivers Development, we saw a gap in the market—there was a need for professional office spaces and flexible warehouses for businesses that wanted room to expand, especially in the Katy and Greater Houston area. Our goal was to meet that need while building lasting relationships with our clients."

In October 2024, supporters and fellow members of the Chamber joined Julie Rivers Development for a rope cutting ceremony held at their office, located just west of Katy at 30625 Kingsland Boulevard in Brookshire.
"We joined the Fulshear Regional Chamber for Commerce to connect with other like-minded professionals and business leaders," Huang said. "We want to contribute to the local business community, share knowledge, and collaborate to create more opportunities for growth."

Looking to the Future: Three Major Projects in Progress
Looking ahead, Julie Rivers Development is busy with several exciting projects. The Kingsland Crossing development offers professional and medical office units for sale or lease, ranging from 1,200 to 6,000 square feet. The Retail Center at the intersection of Jordan Ranch Blvd and Kingsland Blvd provides spaces from 1,500 to 8,000 square feet, perfect for businesses of all kinds. Finally, the company is constructing a new 12-acre warehouse community at Cane Island Parkway in Katy, TX, with flex space units ranging from 1,750 to 26,000 square feet.
