How to Request House Watch by Local Law Enforcement
Did you know that Fort Bend County Constable Precinct 1 offers house watch services? For up to 14 consecutive days, deputies will make every effort to check on your residence while you are away.
Restrictions & Exclusions
- All Vacation/House Watch services of a residence will be for a maximum of Fourteen (14) consecutive days.
- All active Real Estate (sale/rental/lease) properties are excluded.
- No individual(s) will be going into the residence during the house watch.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office cannot guarantee your residence will be checked at specific times or dates, but every effort will be made to check on your residence as time and workload allow. During the time(s) of a Natural Disaster (Hurricane, Flood, etc.), all Vacation/House Watch services will be suspended.
By requesting Vacation/House Watch services, you will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages, or loss which you might sustain as a result of your request for Vacation/House Watch services from the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office for the subject premises.
