Cardiff Ranch residents have the opportunity to host pool parties at their neighborhood pool, ensuring a fun-filled experience for all attendees. Managed by Swim Houston's lifeguards, these parties are exclusively available to POA Members. Here’s a comprehensive guide to renting the pool:

Party Details: Pool parties are supervised by Swim Houston's lifeguards and are reserved for POA Members only. The current rate is $25.00 per hour per lifeguard, with a minimum requirement of two (2) lifeguards per party. This allows for up to 50 people, including Members and their guests. Due to COVID-19 precautions, the board may restrict the member limit to 20 attendees at their discretion.

Additional Lifeguards: For parties exceeding 50 attendees, an additional lifeguard is required for every additional 25 persons. Lifeguards will enforce the maximum person limit to ensure safety and compliance with pool regulations.

Reservation Requirements: All parties must book a minimum of two (2) hours. A non-refundable administration fee of $35.00 is charged for each scheduled party, covering administrative costs and reservation handling.
