The inventory of homes for sale in Nottingham Country is definitely low at this time. “It’s still a seller’s market,” said Nottingham Country resident Lisa Di Carlo, a broker associate with HomeSmart who has 22 years of experience. “However, we are seeing a little more flexibility from sellers recently.”
The average price per square foot over the last 60 days (at the time of this writing) was $152, with the low around $120 and the high at $180. “These numbers are constantly changing, and every home in Nottingham Country is different,” Di Carlo says. “And the condition of the property always factors into the equation.”
“Nottingham Country is the place to live,” she said. “It’s definitely the natural jewel of the Katy area.”
