Harvest Bend Section 1 HOA Encourages Residents to Update Contact Info with Annual Dues Notice

Harvest Bend Section 1 HOA Encourages Residents to Update Contact Info with Annual Dues Notice

November 18 2025

As part of this year’s annual homeowners association assessment process, the Harvest Bend Section 1 HOA is doing more than just collecting dues—they’re also taking steps to improve how they connect with neighbors.

Along with the assessment letters sent out to property owners, the HOA has included a QR code that links to a brief form for residents to provide or update their contact information. While it’s a small task, the HOA says it will go a long way in strengthening community engagement.

“By having updated email addresses, we’ll be able to send out helpful reminders, share neighborhood event details, and quickly alert residents about anything important happening in Harvest Bend,” the board shared. “It only takes a minute, but it makes a big difference.”

This effort aligns with a growing number of homeowners associations across the Greater Houston area looking to modernize how they communicate. Email blasts offer a cost-effective, efficient way to keep neighbors informed without relying on slower or less reliable means like printed flyers or word of mouth.

For residents, this is a chance to stay in the loop on everything from block parties and holiday decorating contests to neighborhood-wide garage sales, safety alerts, and more. In a close-knit community like Harvest Bend, better communication can help bring people together and build stronger connections.

What to Do

If you’ve received your annual HOA assessment letter, simply scan the included QR code with your smartphone. When the link appears, tap to open the form, fill in your current contact details, and hit submit. It’s quick, secure, and helps the HOA serve you better.

Why It Matters

  • Timely Updates: Be the first to know about community happenings.
  • Emergency Notices: Get alerts quickly if issues arise, such as weather-related concerns or safety advisories.
  • Event Invitations: Don’t miss out on upcoming gatherings or volunteer opportunities.
  • Eco-Friendly: Email communication reduces paper waste and mailing costs.

As Harvest Bend continues to grow and evolve, staying connected is more important than ever. This small step helps pave the way for a more informed, involved, and vibrant neighborhood.

For questions about the assessment letter or QR code form, residents are encouraged to contact the management team for Harvest Bend Section 1 HOA directly. You can find their contact information here.
