Harvest Bend Homeowners Association Announces Small Dues Increase and Convenient Payment Options
The Harvest Bend Homeowners Association would like to notify residents of a modest increase in the annual homeowners' dues for 2024. Starting this year, the dues will rise by $10, from $407 to $417. This adjustment will help the HOA continue to maintain and improve the community's amenities, ensuring that Harvest Bend remains a wonderful place to live.
To make paying your dues as simple as possible, homeowners are encouraged to log into their account on the ACMP website at acmpinc.com. Once logged in, residents can easily pay their dues online, with the added convenience of setting up Autopay. Autopay allows for monthly payments, which may be more manageable for some homeowners and help avoid the need to pay the full amount at once.
For 2025 dues, payments can begin in January 2025, and the total amount must be paid in full by January 31, 2026. The total amount for the 2024 dues is due by January 31, 2025. The HOA understands that staying on top of payments can sometimes feel overwhelming, and the new payment options are designed to provide flexibility and ease.
