Harvest Bend residents won’t have to travel far to enjoy a classic car show this spring. On May 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the neighborhood clubhouse parking lot will transform into a showcase of vintage vehicles as the Nifty Fifties bring their collection to the community.

The event is expected to draw residents of all ages, offering a chance to walk through rows of restored classics, meet car owners and vote for a “Best in Show” winner. It’s a format that blends nostalgia with neighborly interaction — something that continues to define Harvest Bend gatherings.

Adding to the experience, a food truck will be on site, giving families an easy way to stay, socialize and enjoy the afternoon without leaving the neighborhood. Events like this not only provide entertainment but also strengthen connections among residents.

The car show also marks the continuation of a broader calendar of Harvest Bend events planned for the year. Organizers are already looking ahead to a fall festival, a Christmas decorating workshop and a holiday gathering featuring cookies and hot chocolate with Santa — all designed to bring neighbors together across seasons.

While dates for those future events are still being finalized, the direction is clear: Harvest Bend continues to invest in building a connected, engaged community.
