Harvest Bend Celebrates Holiday Spirit with Christmas Decoration Contest Winners
As the holiday season lit up neighborhoods across northwest Houston, Harvest Bend residents once again showed how a close-knit community can turn simple traditions into meaningful moments. The neighborhood’s annual Christmas decoration contest wrapped up with plenty of cheer—and a tough judging process—after homeowners filled the streets with creative, carefully crafted holiday displays.
This year’s top honors went to 10410 Autumn Harvest, which earned first place for a display that stood out for its cohesive design, brightness, and attention to detail. The home quickly became a favorite among neighbors driving through the community to enjoy Christmas lights in Harvest Bend.
Second place was awarded to 11155 Dawn Harvest, where classic holiday elements blended seamlessly with a warm, welcoming presentation that reflected the spirit of the season. Close behind, 9606 Dawn Harvest claimed third place, rounding out the winners with a display that balanced charm, creativity, and festive flair.
Beyond the top three, judges noted how difficult the decision was this year, citing the sheer number of beautifully decorated homes throughout the neighborhood. Honorable mentions were given to 9810 Broken Sky Court, 9807 Waving Fields Drive, and 11412 Rippling Meadows, each recognized for contributing to the overall holiday atmosphere that made Harvest Bend feel especially festive this December.
The contest highlighted more than just lights and decorations—it reflected the pride residents take in their neighborhood and the joy that comes from shared traditions. For many families, these displays became part of evening drives, holiday photos, and simple moments of connection during a busy season.
