To meet the explosive growth in Fulshear, the Fulshear Police Department is hiring police officers to join their team, headquartered at the brand new, state-of-the-art municipal complex in Fulshear. Offering highly competitive salary and excellent employee benefits, Fulshear Police Department officers work 12 hour shifts, meaning officers work approximately fourteen days per month. Each officer has every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
Police officer pay starts at $73,099.36 and goes up to $77,572.56 depending on experience and education. These salary ranges take into account experience and education, plus holiday pay and built in overtime, as officers work 84 hours every two weeks due to 12 hour shifts. Medical, dental and vision insurance is included for each employee, and applicants must already have TCOLE License.
