Dunkin’ Donuts is expanding its footprint in the Greater Houston area with a new location coming to Katy, near your neighborhood. The upcoming store will be situated at 136 Cane Island Parkway, near the newly developed Katy Home Depot West Katy. According to an official permit filing, construction is set to begin in early May 2025, with an estimated completion date in mid-September 2025.
The new 1,855-square-foot Dunkin’ Donuts will be a ground-up build, bringing the brand’s signature coffee, donuts, and breakfast offerings to the rapidly growing Katy area.
