According to public filings, renovation work on the existing retail space is slated set to begin on May 18, 2026, with a projected completion date of July 30, 2026. The 14,571-square-foot renovation comes with an estimated investment of $735,544, signaling a solid commitment to expanding retail access in the Parmer Lane corridor.
This newest store—Store #10927—will serve residents in the North Austin and Travis County areas, bringing Dollar Tree’s nationally recognized fixed-price model to an already bustling retail hub.
