Cy-Fair Educational Foundation to Host Annual Cy-Hoops Invitational in December
The Cy-Fair Educational Foundation, in partnership with Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital and Houston Methodist West Hospital, will host the Houston Methodist Cy-Hoops Invitational basketball tournament December 7 – 9, 2023. This year’s tournament will showcase 12 Cypress-Fairbanks ISD and 12 out of district boys’ varsity basketball teams in the 14th annual tournament. The Houston Methodist Cy-Hoops Invitational is where you’ll see the best varsity high school boys’ basketball action this December. Preseason rankings by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches rank six (6) tournament teams in the top 25.

The Cy-Hoops tournament looks to engage the community, promote the sport of basketball, and foster community spirit, while raising funds for student scholarships and innovative staff development programs for Cypress-Fairbanks ISD.
Join the community in cheering on our teams at the Berry Center with host campuses Cypress Lakes High School, Bridgeland High School, and Cypress Woods High School, Thursday through Saturday, December 7- 9, 2023. The championship game will be played at the Berry Center, Saturday, December 9 at 5:30 p.m. The tournament bracket will be posted on the Berry Center website after Thanksgiving.
