Back-to-School Bash Brings Fun and Community Spirit to Lakes on Eldridge
On August 16, Lakes on Eldridge hosted a fantastic Back-to-School Party that brought neighbors together for an evening of fun and celebration. Our community was buzzing with excitement as we welcomed both new and familiar faces to the event. Even LOE fur babies joined the fun, receiving plenty of love and tasty doggy bones from the wagon!
Guests enjoyed a variety of activities, starting with our sign-in table where everyone had the chance to enter two raffle drawings just for attending. For a bit of friendly competition, we organized a Bingo game that helped neighbors connect and get to know one another better. The food truck was a hit, serving up delicious tacos, burgers, nachos, and more, while Rita's Ice at the pool provided a refreshing treat.
The atmosphere was lively thanks to the incredible live band, “100 Proof,” who rocked the event and had everyone dancing. We were also thrilled to introduce our brand-new Lakes on Eldridge Courtesy Patrol Golf Cart, decked out with bright lights and decals. It was a great way to kick off the new school year and we’re already looking forward to seeing it in action around the neighborhood!
A special shoutout goes to Erin Massingill, our Welcome Committee Chair Member, for her fantastic help at the sign-in table. She made sure our on-site community manager, Rebecca Sinyard, could mingle with homeowners and share the excitement of the evening.
The “WOOT WOOT” wagon for kids and teens was a huge hit, and even some adults joined in on the fun. If you missed it, be sure to come to the next event to experience the LOE WOOT WOOT Wagon for yourself!
We also had a great time playing Jenga with the Rise team, symbolizing our commitment to building a stronger community as we RISE together with Lakes on Eldridge. A warm welcome to Scott Collins, who recently joined us as the new Facility Manager, enhancing our team along with Rose McNally (LOE Portfolio Director), Rebecca Sinyard (On-Site Community Property Manager), and Vanessa Paris Pena (DRV and ACC Department).
