Another Smoothie King Location Coming to Fulshear with New FM 1463 Store Opening by Fall 2025
Smoothie King, the global smoothie brand known for its health-conscious menu and active lifestyle focus, is continuing its expansion across Fort Bend County with a newly announced location in Fulshear. The upcoming store will be located at 6230 FM 1463, Suite 950, and is scheduled to open its doors by August 31, 2025, following a summer-long renovation.
The 1,500-square-foot project is classified as a tenant improvement renovation, designed specifically for a “to-go smoothie shop”. With a projected construction budget of $150,000, the new store is part of Smoothie King’s larger push to serve growing residential communities like Fulshear, where demand for healthy food options and convenient nutrition continues to rise.
This latest opening comes shortly after another Smoothie King location was announced for the Texas Heritage Parkway area near Jordan Ranch, reinforcing the company’s interest in the future of the Fulshear-Katy growth corridor.
