According to official filings, the new store, designated as Smoothie King #2316, will be located at 2014 Texas Heritage Pkwy, Suite 110, Fulshear, TX 77494, near the Jordan Ranch community. The 1,500-square-foot space will undergo an interior renovation, with construction expected to begin in early November 2025, and be completed by early January 2026. The estimated cost for the renovation is $200,000.
The new Fulshear Smoothie King location adds to the brand’s growing presence in Fort Bend County. The expansion comes as Smoothie King continues to meet the increasing demand for health-conscious, on-the-go meal options in suburban communities.
