A Friendly Note from Your HOA Concerning Holiday Lights
We have officially entered the holiday season and we love for our residents to participate in the excitement and spirit of each of the upcoming holidays. Holiday décor is an integral part of the season, as it makes the season feel more festive and it brings a sense of cheer to the community. Feel free to run with your creative ideas and passions for the holidays, but as always, we ask that you remain courteous to your neighbors when doing so. Holiday decorations are permitted and encouraged. Residents do not need approval for their holiday display. However, please keep a few things in mind when decorating your yards and homes:

Timing of installation is specified in the Deed Restrictions. Holiday decorations may be displayed no sooner than 30 days prior to the holiday and must be removed no later than 15 days after the holiday.
- Do not display anything offensive or dangerous to others.
- Be sure that your display is enhancing to the curb appeal of your property.
As a courtesy to your neighbors, please turn off your light and/or noise displays, no later than 11 PM. Light timers are an excellent tool to utilize over the holiday season. They reduce the chances of forgetting to manually turn your display on and off each day, which will give both you and your neighbors peace of mind, as well as uninterrupted sleep at night.
