Yard of the Month Returns to Memorial Parkway
We're delighted to announce the return of Yard of the Month! Beginning in April and continuing through October, the HOA will be accepting nominations and selecting outstanding yards on a monthly basis. We know there are countless homeowners in our community who devote time and effort to maintaining beautiful and well-kept yards, and we want to recognize their hard work.
Each month, we'll be accepting nominations from fellow homeowners. Please submit your nominations by the 10th of each month. The HOA will then post the nominees, and the community will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites.
At the end of each month, we'll announce the winners. The first-place winner will receive a prize of $25, while the second-place winner will receive $10. Additionally, both winners will be honored with a "Yard of the Month" sign, showcasing their green thumbs and the beauty they've brought to our community.
