WoodCreek Reserve HOA to Review 2026 Budget, Bridge Repairs, and Community Contracts at October 21 Board Meeting

October 15 2025

Residents of WoodCreek Reserve in Katy are encouraged to mark their calendars for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, as the WoodCreek Reserve Community Association Board of Directors hosts its next public meeting at the Pin Oak Club House at 6:00 p.m.

This regular session presents an important opportunity for homeowners to get involved, ask questions, and hear updates on financial planning, amenity maintenance, and upcoming contracts that directly impact neighborhood quality of life.

The meeting will begin with an open forum, giving each attending homeowner up to three minutes to speak directly with the Board about any concerns, questions, or feedback they may have. It’s a standing tradition in WoodCreek Reserve that puts community voice at the forefront and fosters transparency and accountability.

Following the forum, the Board will review minutes from the September 16 meeting and go over the September financial report. But the real weight of the evening lies in the business agenda, which includes several decisions that will shape the neighborhood in 2026 and beyond.

Additionally, the Board will formally announce actions already taken between meetings—such as a $597.79 curb repairnear Section 5's call box and a $1,960 removal of a dead tree on Kingsland behind the 1463 monument.

The evening will close with an executive session to discuss collection and deed enforcement actions, followed by a brief open session summary before adjournment.
