Williamsburg Settlement Welcomes Sweetwater Pools as New Pool Management Partner for 2026
Williamsburg Settlement residents can look forward to a seamless transition at the neighborhood pool in 2026, as the community’s pool management responsibilities will shift to Sweetwater Pools starting January 1.
The Williamsburg Settlement Maintenance Association (WSMA) Board of Directors approved the new pool management contract at its November 18 meeting after conducting a competitive review of five service providers. The move concludes a 12-year partnership with A Beautiful Pools, which has faithfully managed the community’s aquatic amenities for over a decade.
“Sweetwater Pools emerged as the best fit after a detailed evaluation process that included reference checks and careful contract negotiations,” the Board shared in a community update. “They were extremely responsive and willing to make several changes based on input from both the Board and our legal counsel.”
Sweetwater Pools, a trusted name in Texas pool management, will officially take over operations on the first day of the new year. The transition is expected to be smooth, with most aspects of pool service continuing as usual. However, residents should note one key change for 2026 — Sweetwater will now handle all pool party bookings, a responsibility previously managed by the WSMA.

Clubhouse reservations will still be coordinated through the WSMA as in years past, but residents planning events that include use of both the clubhouse and pool will now need to make a separate request for the pool portion through Sweetwater. Further instructions and contact information will be made available on the community website in early 2026.
The decision to switch to Sweetwater Pools was guided by the Board’s commitment to providing Williamsburg Settlement homeowners and families with safe, enjoyable, and well-managed recreation spaces — particularly during the busy summer swim season.
“Sweetwater brings a solid reputation for service, flexibility, and community focus, and we’re confident that this new partnership will continue to meet — and hopefully exceed — the expectations of our residents,” the Board stated.
This update is part of the broader efforts by WSMA to maintain and enhance amenities for residents in the Williamsburg Settlement area.
