Williamsburg Settlement Pool Returns to Full-Time Summer Schedule Beginning May 22
For many Williamsburg Settlement families, the start of full-time pool season marks the unofficial beginning of summer. Beginning today, May 22, the Williamsburg Settlement community pool transitions into its expanded seasonal schedule, opening more consistently as students wrap up the school year and Memorial Day weekend arrives.
The neighborhood pool has long served as more than just a place to swim. For many residents, it becomes a summer gathering place where neighbors reconnect, children spend afternoons with friends, and families settle into a slower seasonal rhythm close to home. With temperatures already climbing across the Katy area, the return to the full-time pool schedule comes at just the right time for residents looking for ways to stay active and cool this summer.
Williamsburg Settlement 2026 Pool Hours
The Williamsburg Settlement pool schedule now moves into its broader summer operations calendar.
May Schedule
The pool will be open:
- Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Memorial Day (May 25) from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Summer Schedule (June Through August)
From June through most of August, the pool will operate:
- Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Closed Mondays for maintenance and cleaning
Residents should also note that when the pool opens on a Monday holiday, such as Memorial Day or Labor Day, the pool will then close the following Tuesday for cleaning.
The HOA noted that dates may be subject to slight adjustments based on the Katy ISD calendar.
Important Pool Rules Williamsburg Settlement Residents Should Know
As pool activity increases heading into summer break, neighborhood officials are also reminding residents about several important safety and access policies.
Under Texas state regulations, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the pool area without adult supervision.
Residents over the age of 13 are also required to display a valid pool tag during every visit to the facility.
How to Get Williamsburg Settlement Pool Tags
Williamsburg Settlement residents in good standing with HOA assessments may request up to four pool tags per household at no cost. Households may also purchase up to two additional tags for $20 each.
Pool tags can be requested online through Crest Management at crest-management.com/Portal/RequestAccessForm.
Residents who choose to pick up tags directly from the Crest office instead of receiving them by mail should be aware that a $20 handling fee applies.
For assistance with pool tags, residents can contact:
- Maggie, Community Manager: maggiem@Crest-Management.com | 281-945-4632
- Anum, Assistant Manager: Anum@Crest-Management.com | 281-945-4642
Parking Reminder Near the Williamsburg Settlement Clubhouse
As summer activity ramps up, residents are also being reminded about parking restrictions near the clubhouse and pool area.
Street parking directly outside the clubhouse along Hoyt is prohibited due to safety concerns and consideration for nearby homeowners. The area is marked with county-installed “No Parking” signs, and violations may result in citations.
Residents and guests are encouraged to use the Association parking lot whenever possible.
Pool Parties Return for Summer 2026
Pool party season is also underway in Williamsburg Settlement, with reservations now being coordinated directly through Sweetwater Pools, the community’s pool management company for 2026.
Both during-hours and after-hours pool party options are available, though reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
During normal operating hours:
- Parties are limited to one group at a time
- Events with more swimmers may require additional lifeguards
- A setup fee applies for parties requiring extra staff
- All parties must conclude by the 8 p.m. pool closing time
Private after-hours pool parties are available prior to August 1 and may run from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on days when the pool is open.
