Williamsburg Settlement Pool Repairs Underway, Fence Damage Assessment in Progress

October 29 2025

As autumn settles in, Williamsburg Settlement is moving forward with several key maintenance projects to keep the neighborhood safe, functional, and looking its best. This month’s updates focus on pool enhancements and necessary repairs following recent storm damage.

Pool-goers will be pleased to hear that the community’s diving board has been refurbished and is ready for next season. In addition, the expansion joints on the pool deck have been resealed—a crucial step to help prevent moisture intrusion, which can significantly shorten the life of the deck surface over time. Four new blue umbrellas, chosen to match the rest of the poolside furniture, have also been added to provide more shaded relaxation options for residents next summer.

A larger change is also on the horizon for pool operations. After several years of managing the community pool, A-Beautiful Pools has chosen not to offer a renewal contract for the 2026 swim season. In response, the Williamsburg Settlement Board has proactively reached out to several companies and is currently reviewing bids for a new pool management provider. A final decision is expected to be made at the upcoming HOA Board meeting on November 18, 2025.

In other neighborhood news, strong winds from last Saturday morning's storm caused damage to sections of the community’s perimeter fence. The Board is currently soliciting bids to replace the affected portions and will move forward with repairs as soon as a contractor is selected.

Homeowners are encouraged to stay connected and attend the next HOA meeting to learn more about these updates and share any concerns. As always, Williamsburg Settlement thrives when neighbors come together to take care of the place they call home.
