Williamsburg Settlement Names July 2026 Yard of the Month Winner
Neighbors: This month for yard of the month, we have decided to do something a little bit different.
Generally, we like to bring to your attention a beautiful yard with colorful and artistically designed landscaping that is beautiful to look at. While this yard is beautiful to look at, we have not chosen it because of the landscaping.
Unlike most months, we didn’t reach out to the owner and ask them to tell us a little bit about themselves or describe their beautiful garden. This month is actually a surprise award winner!
For the month of July, we have decided to honor our neighbor Norm Humphrey for her contribution to joy and community.

Norm Humphrey of 1503 Durfey Lane
Over the years, so many of us have taken the opportunity to stop by 1503 Durfey Lane and take a photo with a very cute seasonal Mickey or Minnie mouse.
Each holiday, Norm spends hours meticulously planning and staging a beautiful display on her lawn. No matter what the occasion, we know there will be colorful, vibrant decorations and a warm, friendly face, inviting you to bring your kiddos or grand littles for a photo op.
Even through her own personal tragedy of losing her beloved husband, Norm chose to be a source of fun and friendship to us all. It is because of this that we honor her with the July Yard of the Month award.
