August Yard of the Month Winner
We would like to Congratulate Espie and Christian Guadamuz of 22446 Wetherburn Lane! Many neighbors are lucky enough to see their lovely yard each day as we leave or enter the Settlement from Franz Rd. This beautiful landscape frames our Entrance on Gatwick Lane with beautiful and brightly colored plants and flowers.
The Guadamuz family has lived in the Settlement for 23 years and have 3 sons. They most enjoy that the Neighborhood is well maintained and everyone does their part to keep it beautiful. They also have wonderful Neighbors.
Espie shared that she loves keeping a tropical feel to her lawn and adorns it with palm trees and crepe myrtles. She recommends elephant ears as a favorite to keep because in addition to being beautiful, they are easy to maintain and offer wonderful ground cover
When Espie isn't working in her yard, she is working with her special needs students as she has for the last 18 years.
