Williamsburg Colony Pool Shifts to Weekend-Only Hours as School Year Begins
For families across Williamsburg Colony, the final stretch of summer means a change in the neighborhood pool schedule as students prepare to head back to school.
Beginning Monday, August 10, the Williamsburg Colony pool will be closed Monday through Friday and will operate on weekends only for the remainder of the regular 2026 season.
Weekend Pool Hours Begin August 15
After Sunday, August 9, residents will have several more opportunities to enjoy the pool before the season comes to a close.
The pool will be open from noon to 8 p.m. on the following dates:
- Saturday, August 15
- Sunday, August 16
- Saturday, August 22
- Sunday, August 23
- Saturday, August 29
- Sunday, August 30
- Saturday, September 5
- Sunday, September 6
- Monday, September 7 — Labor Day
The schedule gives Williamsburg Colony residents several more weekends to swim, spend time with neighbors and enjoy the pool as summer winds down.
Labor Day Marks the End of the 2026 Pool Season
The final scheduled day of swimming is Monday, September 7, from noon to 8 p.m. After Labor Day, the Williamsburg Colony pool will close for the season and undergo major maintenance.
Residents planning end-of-summer pool days should keep the weekend-only schedule in mind, particularly once weekday operations end August 10.
