Wild West Brewfest 2025 Brings Big Beer, Bigger Impact to Katy This Weekend
The wait is finally over—Wild West Brewfest (WWBF) 2025 has officially arrived in Katy, and this year’s three-day celebration is expected to be the biggest and boldest yet. Hosted at Typhoon Texas, located at 555 Katy Fort Bend Road, the nationally recognized beer festival will spotlight over 100 brewers and 600+ beers, alongside live music, new wine offerings, local food, games, and community spirit.
Now in its 14th year, Wild West Brewfest has grown from a grassroots event organized by the Katy Rotary Club into a premier beer festival that has earned accolades as the “#1 Beerfest in North America.” What sets WWBF apart is its mission-driven focus: the festival is 100% volunteer-run, and 100% of the net proceeds go to local charities and scholarships.
“Our goal has always been to raise funds for local causes, and in the 12 years since our inception, we’ve been able to donate over $1.45 million to various charities in the area,” said David Loesch, Chairman of WWBF. “Every dollar raised at the event stays in the local community, helping to support students and organizations that make a real difference.”

Expected to draw more than 9,000 attendees, Wild West Brewfest is more than just a beer festival—it’s a celebration of Texas craft beer, local talent, and giving back.
