Westheimer Lakes Residents: Have You Completed the New Amenity Access Registration Yet?
For many Westheimer Lakes families, summer means extra trips to the pool, visits to the splash pad, workouts at the gym, and evenings spent enjoying the community's outdoor amenities. That's why community leaders are reminding residents that the neighborhood's transition to a new amenity access system is now complete.
If you haven't registered yet, you may not be able to access some of the amenities available to Westheimer Lakes residents.
New Mobile Access System Now Active
The community has officially moved to a new amenity access platform powered by Brivo, replacing previous access methods with a mobile-based system.
Once registration is completed, residents will receive an email directly from Brivo with instructions for downloading the mobile app and adding their digital access pass. Residents are encouraged to watch for the email and check spam or junk folders, as the invitation expires after seven days.
After the pass is added, eligible residents should see access to available community amenities within the app.
What Amenities Are Included?
Eligible Westheimer Lakes residents will have access to:
- North Pool
- Fitness Center/Gym
- Splash Pad
- Tennis Courts
- Community Restrooms
Residents of Canyon Gate have access to an additional pool and gym as part of their amenity package.
Registration Requirements
Residents who have not yet completed the registration process will need to submit two items:
1. Amenity Waiver
Each adult resident must complete the waiver using their own email address. Click HERE to access the waiver.
Residents who have already completed the waiver within the past year do not need to submit it again. Families with children should select the Parent/Guardian and Minors option when completing the form to ensure accompanying minors are included.
2. Amenity Access Registration Form
The registration form must also be completed to activate access. Click HERE to access the amenity access registration form.
Residents who lease their home should provide a copy of their lease agreement by emailing wsplashpad@westheimerlakespoa.com as part of the registration process.
A Quick Reminder About Account Balances
Community officials note that all account balances must be paid before amenity access can be granted.
Residents who believe they have already completed registration but have not received their Brivo invitation email should contact carmenr@crest-management.com for assistance.
