If you have paid your HOA assessment for 2024, please disregard this message. Otherwise, please carefully read this important announcement.
Please be advised that HOA assessments are now delinquent. At this juncture, 6% interest ($2.40 if paid in February) is added at 6% each month assessments are delinquent. Now is the time to contact the management company, Spectrum Association Management, Mandy Johnson at majohnson@spectrumam.com or 832-500-2232 to discuss a payment plan.
If you wait until you account is sent to the attorney it will cost a lot more money. For example, the first letter the attorney sends out will cost almost as much as the annual assessment, after the first letter, the attorney fees over a 3 month period is approx. $2,038.00 attorney fees in addition to the assessments. If you wait to set up a payment plan with the attorney it will be over $700.00 additional attorney fees in addition to the assessments you owe. Then $39.50 per month for each payment made.
The management company does not charge to set up a payment plan, at this time if you set up a payment plan with the management company, you will pay 6% interest per month until paid. The HOA board does not want to see anyone sent to the attorney, but the expenses of the subdivision depends on collecting the assessments.
