West Memorial Residents: Important Update on 2025 Annual Assessments

West Memorial Residents: Important Update on 2025 Annual Assessments

December 13 2024

The West Memorial Civic Association has announced an important update regarding the 2025 annual assessment fees for all residents. After careful consideration, the Association Board has approved an increase in the annual assessment fee to ensure continued maintenance and improvements to community amenities and services.

New Annual Assessment Fee

For 2025, the annual fee will be $568.56. This adjustment is necessary to meet the growing financial needs of the community and maintain the quality of services provided to residents. The new fee will take effect on January 1, 2025.

Payment Details

Residents will have until December 31, 2025 to pay the assessment in full, or they can opt for quarterly payments. Payments will not appear on accounts until January 1, 2025, but residents are encouraged to make early payments if desired. Timely payment is important to avoid late fees or penalties.

Payments can be made via the TownSq app or by mailing a check to the address listed in residents’ billing statements.

Why the Fee Increase?

The adjustment to the annual assessment is necessary to ensure that the community’s amenities and services—such as landscaping, parks, pools, and more—continue to be well-maintained and enhanced. This change helps preserve the high quality of life in West Memorial and supports the ongoing upkeep of the neighborhood.

Assistance and Inquiries

The West Memorial Civic Association Board and the management team at Goodwin & Company are available to assist with any questions regarding the 2025 assessments. Residents are encouraged to reach out if they need additional information or assistance with making payments. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead for the new assessment fee and to make payments promptly to avoid any late charges. Thank you for doing your part to hep ensure that West Memorial continues to be a wonderful place to live!
