Walmart Health Center Coming to Copperfield Area Walmart Store
A new healthcare facility is coming to the Copperfield area that is poised to bring convenient, quality care, with many more locations on the horizon.
With construction currently underway, Walmart is set to open a new Health Center in the Walmart located at 15955 FM 529, Houston, TX 77095. The upcoming state-of-the-art health facility will integrate several healthcare services such as primary care, dental, behavioral health, radiology tech, and phlebotomy among others.
The Health Center will be conveniently positioned along the main storefront between the garden entrance and the grocery entrance. Customers will be able to directly access the Health Center from the main parking lot, allowing for easy and quick passage into the clinic.

The Health Center will accommodate same-day walk-ins and offer extended hours, including weekends, making healthcare available when it suits the schedule of the customer.
The healthcare team at Walmart Health Centers will be comprised qualified physicians, dentists, and licensed therapists. This ensures customers will have access to comprehensive care from professionals who prioritize their well-being. According to the Walmart Health website, Walmart's Health Centers are committed to providing high-quality healthcare, with professionals keeping abreast of latest research and technology in their respective fields.
Walmart Health Center already operates in five states, namely Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Texas. Plans are underway to expand this footprint in 2024, with the inclusion of Missouri and additional Texas locations. The goal is to eventually run 70 healthcare centers in locations convenient to consumers.
The Copperfield area Walmart Health Center is officially slated to open on Wednesday, April 11, 2024, according to the store's Facebook page.
